02 · Provision

Provision through the vendor’s API

Approve an order and the platform calls the vendor. The service lands on the customer’s record, and every call is logged against the customer and order behind it.

  • Microsoft 365 through ALSO, with the customer’s company mirrored automatically
  • Provisioning runs as a background job that is safe to retry
  • Credentials of provisioned services encrypted at rest

03 · Close

Close the month

Pull the N-able invoice, match every line to a customer, apply their pricing and produce draft invoices. Anything that does not match is flagged for review, never guessed.

  • Draft invoices you approve before anything is issued
